KSDI MEMBERSHIP FORM

 The Kajukenbo Self Defense Institute (KSDI) was established by Sijo Adriano Emperado in 1957 and continues today under the direction of his nephew, Grandmaster Jim Kimo Emperado Smith and Grandmaster Glen Fraticelli. The UKF encourages all members of the Kajukenbo community to join the KSDI and requires membership in the KSDI for all individuals who complete the UKF certification program.
